Betterment Asia

Betterment Asia is a boutique search firm and believes in delivering every contingent search with an executive search approach. Our task was to help them design a user interface for candidate preselections to streamline the communication between their staff and clients.

Our design goal was to make the candidate review process faster and easier for Betterment’s clients. We created a digital experience that allows them to see their chosen candidates and select their preferred interview date and time. We also added shortcut elements that stay in place as they scroll through the content. Additionally, we enabled Betterment staff to preselect timeslots for their clients to choose from with a simple click.
